Aleksandr is a highly qualified professional with over 15 years of experience in web development, design, project management, and business consulting, including comprehensive corporate support in the UAE jurisdiction. He successfully combines technical expertise in both front-end and back-end development with strong team and project management skills, helping clients create digital products and launch businesses in UAE free zones and on the mainland, including licensing, obtaining resident visas, and opening bank accounts.
Aleksandr began his career in 2008 as a webmaster, developing and maintaining websites based on WordPress, PHP, and JavaScript frameworks, as well as working in graphic design. Over the years, he mastered modern technologies (JS, Angular, Vue, and others) and design tools (Sketch, Figma), creating user interfaces and integrated web solutions for clients across various industries.
His experience at Nobel Digital and Tactic Real-Time gave Aleksandr deep expertise in designing complex digital systems and adopting agile project management practices. He has successfully delivered projects in the UAE, including selecting optimal business zones, providing full legal support for company registration, preparing and submitting license applications, organizing corporate and tax accounting, and assisting with the Emirates ID process. Since 2020, he has been working as a freelance UI/UX designer and developer, combining technical work with consulting on digital transformation and international corporate services.
